Adiós miedo, hola Jesús.
Día 15
“Porque no nos ha dado Dios espíritu de cobardía, sino de poder, de amor y de dominio propio.” 2 Timoteo 1:7
¿Cuántas veces en nuestra vida nos sentimos con miedo? Muchas veces creemos que no somos capaces de lograr sueños que anhelamos o metas que deseamos cumplir. Las vemos demasiado lejos y entonces el temor invade nuestro corazón por lo que puede suceder.
Pero Dios nos deja claramente establecido en su palabra que él no nos ha dado un espíritu de temor ni de cobardía, sino un espíritu de poder, de amor y de dominio propio. Aun así, muchas veces sentimos pavor de que las cosas no salgan como las planeamos, de que haya algún fracaso en el camino.
¡Claro, que eso puede suceder! Pero aun de aquello que llamamos fracaso, siempre aprendemos algo. Y cuando volvemos a intentarlo, ese mismo error ya no se comete. Sin darnos cuenta, comenzamos a crecer poco a poco, como una hermosa planta cuyas raíces se hacen cada vez más fuertes y profundas. En nosotros esas raíces se hacen fuertes cuando crecemos en Jesús.
El centro de todo es Jesús. Si tus planes ya están puestos en sus manos y has buscado su dirección, no te detengas pensando en lo que podría salir mal. Yo misma muchas veces he estado ahí, pensando que no lo lograré, que es demasiado para mí. Pero el Señor me recuerda una y otra vez que soy Su hija y que el temor no tiene control ni dominio sobre mi vida. Puedo llevar todo temor ante él y saber que él está conmigo.
Cuando sientas miedo de que no lo lograras, recuerda este versículo:
“Mira que te mando que te esfuerces y seas valiente; no temas ni desmayes, porque Jehová tu Dios estará contigo en dondequiera que vayas.” Josué 1:9
Graba estas palabras en tu corazón. Si tú haces tu parte, el Señor se encarga de hacer el resto. Nuestro Padre nunca deja solos a Sus hijos; Él es fiel.
Levántate y resplandece. Presenta tus sueños delante de Jehová tu Dios. Dejemos el temor atrás y miremos los planes hermosos que Dios tiene para nosotros. ¡Somos hijos de Dios!
Oración
Padre amado, gracias por tu fidelidad. Gracias por tu amor y por tu presencia, porque tú eres nuestro Padre y nunca nos abandonas. Te pedimos que nos llenes de ti, de sabiduría, y que todas las metas que tengamos las pongamos delante de ti y avancemos en tu nombre. Que tu favor siempre nos acompañe, pero sobre todo que nunca olvidemos que Tú eres el centro de todo; fuera de ti nada queremos. En el nombre de Jesús.

Goodbye fear, hello Jesus
Day 15
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-discipline.” 2 Timothy 1:7
How many times in our lives do we find ourselves afraid? Many times, we believe we are not capable of achieving the dreams we long for or the goals we desire to accomplish. They seem too far away, and fear begins to invade our hearts over what might happen.
But God makes it very clear in His Word that He has not given us a spirit of fear or cowardice, but a spirit of power, love, and self-control. Even so, many times we feel afraid that things won’t turn out the way we planned, or that we might fail along the way.
Of course, that can happen! But even from what we call failure, we always learn something. And when we try again, that same mistake is no longer repeated. Without realizing it, we begin to grow little by little—like a beautiful plant whose roots become stronger and deeper over time. In us, these roots grow strong when we grow in Jesus.
The center of everything is Jesus. If your plans are already placed in His hands and you have sought His direction, do not stop because of what might go wrong. I myself have been there many times, thinking I won’t make it, that it’s too much for me. But the Lord reminds me again and again that I am His daughter and that fear has no control or authority over my life. I can bring all my fears before him and know that he is with me.
When you feel afraid that you won’t succeed, remember this verse:
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9
Engrave these words on your heart. If you do your part, the Lord will take care of the rest. Our Father never leaves His children alone; He is faithful.
Rise up and shine. Present your dreams before the Lord your God. Let us leave fear behind and look toward the beautiful plans God has for us. May we remember every day that we are not the tail, but the head. We are children of God!
Prayer
Beloved Father, thank You for Your faithfulness. Thank You for Your love and Your presence, because You are our Father and You never abandon us. We ask that You fill us with Yourself, with wisdom, and that every goal we have may be placed before You as we move forward in Your name. May Your favor always be with us, but above all, may we never forget that You are the center of everything; apart from You, we desire nothing. In the name of Jesus, amen.
